What is it with Hospitals?

My mum went into hospital last Friday, she had a heart attack.

I found out last night that my Grandmother had also gone to hospital after she had a fall. She was in ward 20 while mum was in 12 and 26, I didn't even know she was there.

Hugh Laurie...

Sunday Night, I enjoyed the meal with others at Digestion. I enjoyed the Bus Trip to Westpac Stadium. I enjoyed catching up with friends at the concert. I enjoyed the music. However I found the preaching became reduced, in some part, to concepts of Heaven and Hell, and this I didn't enjoy.

When I first became a Christian, I saw my Christian Faith as black and white. It was all clear, cut and in one camp or another.

When I went to Bible College, suddenly I wasn't so sure of my absolute Black and White faith as things became a lot more gray. In fact one of the phrases I associated with was that "...I know a lot less now then when I started..."

As I finished College, all of a sudden the colour of God took on a new, brighter, vibrent look as amazing reds and greens and blues of life and energy began to show me that God's kingdom was all about life and love and hope, where before it had been rules and standards and precepts, who was in and who was not. While the fact that a lot of what Greg Laurie was true, the carrot Greg was dangling of heaven and hell, no longer has the appeal it used to as I have begun to experience the life giving excitement or what a relationship with the creator of the universe can really be like!

I was saved at a crusade, I was pursuaded by a conversation of heaven and hell and I know God speaks and calls people at these large events. But I can't help but thinking, there's more to this life then the fear of hell.
