Rest...

It's Friday night and I've been on holiday for 4 days now. You could certainly think I'm rested, but there's a gym to visit, cricket to play, new flatmates to find (if anyone knows someone looking for a flat, Female, 20-30 years, godly and gets on well with 4 other men, let me know!) and new VJ software to try out!

The year's almost coming to an end and I'm starting to think about next year. I want to do justice to my calling to Opawa Baptist, there are things on my job description which I feel I have failed in achieving, so this break is a good opportunity to re-focus and make the main thing the main thing. I feel I have a bit more of a handle on what God is calling me to and I'm looking forward to next year.

Open Home, Open Year Celebration

Many weeks of planning has come down to a beautiful day in Christchurch for the Open Home Open Year Celebration!

Friday Night I was here until 11.30pm. Saturday I was able to get home by 10pm. It's going to be a long day (especially since I've been up to watch the All Blacks stamp their authority on world rugby by fending off the winging English!)
